THE SALES MANAGEMENT TEAM is responsible for recruiting, training and developing the sales force so as to assist each representative to achieve their fullest potential.

In the field, representatives and managers use catalogs, price books and selling aids developed by the SALES AND MARKETING DEPARTMENTS.

Once the representative obtains the sales order, it is sent to the cd plant in Hicksville. ORDER ENTRY PERSONNEL process the orders via a state of the art computer system.

The computer system, which handles the management of all data, is the responsibility of the INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT.

QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEERS ensure that the product has the specifications and the reliability necessary to make it a Wings product.

DISTRIBUTION CENTER PERSONNEL are responsible for order filling, and shipping completed sales orders.

Once orders are shipped, the paperwork is sent to the BILLING DEPARTMENT where invoices are created and distributed to customers and representatives.

The CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT is available to provide assistance to both representatives and customers. We are just a phone call away.

The ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT assists representatives with CREDIT AND COLLECTION activities plus PAYROLL administration.

PURCHASING PERSONNEL are responsible for doing business with a multitude of suppliers in order to maintain inventory of all required products.

The RECEIVING DEPARTMENT checks incoming products and the PACKAGING PERSONNEL package the product.

The HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT is responsible for recruiting, applicable training, employee relations, and the administration of health and benefits programs.
